\"\"The Free State<\/strong> was crowned unofficial champions of the Grant Khomo Week<\/strong> in Kimberley.<\/p>\n

The team from Bloemfontein defeated the Sharks<\/strong> by 39-18 in the main match at Tafel Lager Park in the City of Diamonds.<\/p>\n

Kimberley has been happy hunting grounds for the Free Staters as their previous unofficial title was bagged back in 2018 when they defeated the Blue Bulls by 31-24 in the main match which was played at Diamantveld.<\/p>\n

The Cheetahs’ scrumhalf, Philip McLaren<\/strong>, scored a brace of tries in the main match against the Sharks.<\/p>\n
