The main match between Fichies and Diamonds will also double-up as a Wesgrow League<\/strong> match. In this year\u2019s Wesgrow competition all the schools will face each other during the season. In previous editions the schools were divided into two groups.<\/p>\n

The clash between Ho\u00ebrskool Sentraal\u00a0<\/strong> and Ho\u00ebrskool Noord-Kaap <\/strong>also promises to be produce some exciting rugby.<\/p>\n

Sentraal is coached by two former internationals in Hendr\u00e9 Fourie<\/strong> (England) and Braam van Straaten<\/strong> (South Africa). The Tralies has some rebuilding to do after a couple of difficult years on the rugby pitch.<\/p>\n

Northerns got left out of Wildeklawer for 2023 as well as the Wesgrow league. So they have a point to prove this season. They will attend Menlopark’s 60th celebration festival in place of Wildeklawer.<\/p>\n

Another highlight during the rugby matches of the sports day will be between Jim Fouch\u00e9<\/strong> and Marlow Landbou<\/strong> of Cradock. These two schools have faced each other regularly in the past with the clashes mostly being tightly contested.<\/p>\n
