King Edward VII showed once again that they are a team with serious drive and are putting in some big performances beating St John’s College 31-6 on Burger Field.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outside center<\/span> Timi Oluwe<\/b> found the scoreline on two separate occasions during the course of the game.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

St John’s College only managed to score two penalties from fullback <\/span>Bryson Walker. <\/b>The home team<\/span> found it difficult to break through the KES defenses to score any sort of points which would bring them back into contention.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Flanker<\/span> James Kobrowisky<\/b> carried over his good form from last weekend and showed his grit by scoring again this weekend.<\/span><\/p>\n

There were some big hits from KES hooker <\/span>Siphosethu Mnebelele<\/b> who was strong in defence.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Red Army go into next weekend’s match full of confidence and will be looking to make it a third win in a row.<\/span><\/p>\n

Parktown Boys’ High School took honours in the other match in Johannesburg, beating St David’s Marist 14-0 at home.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
