\"\"This weekend the new term kicks off with the start of the Pullen and Howell tournament 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Pullen and Howell tournament is an annual girls\u2019 u18 and u16 hockey tournament which attracts some of the top hockey teams and schools in Johannesburg and Pretoria where the u16s compete for the Howell Trophy and the u18s for the Pullen Trophy.<\/span><\/p>\n

The tournament stretches over four days from the 22<\/span>nd<\/span> of July to the 29<\/span>th<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Last year the St Mary\u2019s first team showed up and beat the Garsfontein girls in the final battle taking home the trophy, with excited and motivated girls ready to showcase their talents and skill this year\u2019s competition is sure to have everyone on the edge of their seats.<\/span><\/p>\n

Round one will be hosted at Kingsmead College and the first games for the Pullen Trophy starts at 08:15.<\/span><\/p>\n
