The contract between the club and&nbsp;Rossouw has been structured to enable him to continue in his position as Director of Rugby at Paarl&nbsp;Gimnasium. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rossouw will be with the Gim first team for its next seven encounters (Affies, Garsfontein, EG Jansen, Paul Roos, Waterkloof, Grey Bloem and Rondebosch).&nbsp;He will join the Japanese club middle May and will not be present at the games against Oakdale Landbou, SACS, Bishops and Boland Landbou. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Helmut Lehmann will take over the role of Head Coach for these 4 games.&nbsp;Pieter&rsquo;s arrangement with the club ends in June which means that he will be back to oversee the&nbsp;preparation and important matches against Wynberg and PBHS during the second half of the&nbsp;season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Paarl Gim&#8217;s head master, Eddie Bateman, was relieved that Pieter was able to arrange his contract&nbsp;with Toshiba in a way that limits the period of his absence. &ldquo;We are privileged to have someone of&nbsp;Pieter&rsquo;s stature as our Director of Rugby.
