\"Twizza\"Glenwood booked their place in the Champion of Champions tournament of the High Schools 7’s Series by being crowned champions in their own leg in Durban on Saturday. Glenwood had to work hard to beat Maritzburg College by 24-21 in die Cup-final.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Glenwood booked their place in the final with a convincing 35-14 victory over Pionier of Vryheid. Pionier will host the third leg of the series this weekend in Vryheid. Maritzburg College build up a bit more sweat in their semi-final as they defeated Westville Boys’ High by 21-19.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Durban High School was one of the favourites during last year’s Champion of Champions tournament at Camp Discovery. This year’s tournament will also be held at Camp Discovery. <\/span><\/p>\n

DHS kicked-off their tournament in Durban with a victory of 24-19 over Westville Boys’ High’s second stringers. In their second pool match they lost 17-24 against Maritzburg College.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Glenwood also reigned supreme in the u15-section. They’ve defeated Maritzburg College 27-17 in this final.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
