{"id":85978,"date":"2025-11-01T09:01:42","date_gmt":"2025-11-01T07:01:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ssschoolsplus.co.za\/?p=85978"},"modified":"2025-11-01T09:01:42","modified_gmt":"2025-11-01T07:01:42","slug":"garden-route-badgers-boys-and-girls-u19-cricket-squads","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/test.ssschoolsplus.co.za\/?p=85978","title":{"rendered":"Garden Route Badgers Boys&#8217; and Girls&#8217; u19 cricket squads"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-30076\" src=\"https:\/\/ssschoolsplus.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Garden-Route-Badgers-400x260.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"195\" \/>Garden Route Badgers Boys U19 Squad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Khaya Majola Week<\/strong> takes place in <strong>Bloemfontein<\/strong> from 16-21 December, and the team to represent the <strong>Garden Route Badgers<\/strong> includes 13 players from eight schools.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outeniqua High<\/strong> has the most representatives, three, while <strong>Aurial College, Thembalethu High<\/strong> and<strong> Bridgton Senior Secondary<\/strong> each had two players selected.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s an experienced lineup, with seven players &#8211; <strong>Enathi Kitshini<\/strong>, <strong>Keano Coericius<\/strong>, <strong>Shirwin Plaatjies<\/strong>, <strong>Kurt Botha<\/strong>, <strong>Joof Enslin<\/strong>, <strong>Igcobe Kitshini<\/strong>, and <strong>Liviwe Bawulie<\/strong> &#8211; having played in the 2024 Khaya Majola Week in the Western Cape.<\/p>\n<p>Kitshini is the big name in the squad. He made the <a href=\"https:\/\/ssschoolsplus.co.za\/hansen-to-lead-the-sa-schools-side-once-again\/\"><strong>South African Schools team<\/strong> <\/a>last year and also represented the <strong>Southern Superstars<\/strong> at the <strong>CSA Cubs Week<\/strong>.
