Photo: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TeamphotoSA\/\"><strong>TeamPhoto SA<\/strong><\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\"><strong>u16 Boys<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sunday&#8217;s action in the u16 boys&#8217; section of the <strong>Schools Water Polo South Africa (SWPSA) Inter-Provincial Tournament<\/strong>, taking place in Johannesburg, was highlighted by a couple of games involving <strong>Northerns<\/strong>, who challenged two of the big guns but, eventually, came up short.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/u16BoysIPT2025-WaterPolo\"><strong>Catch the boys&#8217; u16 action LIVE on SuperSport Schools<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>They stretched <strong>Central Gauteng A<\/strong> to the limit, with the home side eventually sneaking a 5-4 win and then gave a good account of themselves in a 6-12 loss to <strong>KwaZulu-Natal<\/strong> (KZN). KZN, also, blanked <strong>Northerns B<\/strong> 16-0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Western Province A<\/strong> won by nine goals against <strong>Buffalo City<\/strong>, 13-4, with <strong>James Swart<\/strong> scoring five times.<\/p>\n<p>They also swamped <strong>Zimbabwe<\/strong> 21-3. <strong>Kieran Bennewith<\/strong> led the way in that big win, firing seven goals into the back of the Zimbabwean net.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Western Province B<\/strong> picked up two wins, too, outplaying Zimbabwe 15-2 and overpowering <strong>Central Gauteng B<\/strong> 14-6 in a key test of the provinces&#8217; B sides.\u00a0\u00a0<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><span class=\"cf0\"><strong><br \/>\nu16 Girls<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In a big showdown in the girls&#8217; u16 competition, at <strong>Kingsmead College<\/strong>, <strong>Central Gauteng A <\/strong>held off <strong>KwaZulu-Natal<\/strong>, claiming a hard-fought 9-8 victory. They also opened proceedings with a 9-4 defeat of <strong>Eden Districts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/u16GirlsIPT2025-WaterPolo\"><strong>Catch the girls&#8217; u16 action LIVE on SuperSport Schools<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Western Province A<\/strong> also went two for two. They downed Buffalo City 11-4 but found Central Gauteng B a tough nut to crack and had to settle for a battling 8-5 win.<\/p>\n<p>In an Eastern Cape rivalry clash, Buffalo City got by <strong>Nelson
